Through the vacuum generator, the positive pressure into negative pressure, negative pressure suction, positive pressure drop seed (suction pressure and discharge pressure can be adjusted)
If you want to use this line to complete the seedling work, 6 steps are completely done
First cover: Put the soil needed for growing seedlings into the cover machine. Note: The seedling soil should be made of yellow soil or orchard soil with good porosity, fertility and moderate weak acidity, mixed with molecular soil and organic fertilizer
Scraping: The matrix soil in the hole tray is not smooth, we need this process to make the surface smooth
Rolling brush: This step is to roll the dirt on the surface of the tray to make it fall off and the surface becomes clean
Pressure hole: Press the matrix soil in each hole to create a pit
Sowing on demand: Put the seeds into the hole tray
Secondary soil covering: the surface of each hole in the hole tray is attached to a layer of matrix soil

The influence of environmental humidity on vegetable seedling:
High humidity, and poor ventilation conditions, easy to cause disease. Conversely, if the ambient humidity is too low, then in the high temperature, strong light environment, the transpiration of the plant will be too strong, the water absorbed by the plant through the roots is insufficient to supplement the water lost by the leaves, then the stomata will be closed to protect the plant from excessive water loss. The closure of the stomata also prevents carbon dioxide from entering the plant, so photosynthesis will also stop, and the plant will stop growing.
The adverse effects of high humidity on seedlings are as follows: too long internodes, too thin stems, fewer branches, and fewer roots. At the same time, under high humidity conditions, the absorption of calcium by roots will be reduced, because under low humidity conditions, transpiration is accelerated, which promotes the absorption of calcium and magnesium by plants. In the absence of water, the stomata will close. Growth stops, so low humidity makes the stems stronger, more resistant to stress and better developed roots. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of calcium deficiency and magnesium deficiency symptoms on continuous cloudy days, and supplement the leaf surface in time.
Normal leaf color should be pure green, if the lower leaves turn yellow, the plant has insufficient nutrients or root damage. Dark green leaves indicate too much ammonium. Light green leaves indicate nitrogen deficiency, ammonium poisoning, or magnesium deficiency.
