working principle:
The principle of ultra high speed centrifugal granulation is adopted, in which a certain amount of seeds are placed into the pellet bucket and rotated at high speed, so that the seeds are accurately combined with powder and water to achieve precise pellet effect. The single seed rate can reach over 99%.
Processing technology:
We use specialized lathe equipment from southern China to process the core components, making them more precise. The gap between the centrifugal disk and the pellet cylinder wall is only 0.1mm-0.15mm, and even very small seeds will not cause the chuck of the machine.
Just like tobacco seeds, with a thousand grain weight of only 0.07g, they can be processed by our professional pellet equipment to increase their volume by dozens of times, forming smooth and uniformly sized individuals.
Granulation effect:
