Seed pelleting machine is a pelleting equipment developed for small seeds/light seeds/irregular seeds that cannot meet the requirements of automatic precision sowing.

By pelleting, small seeds can be granulated, light seeds can be heavy and irregular seeds can be regularized to meet the needs of precision seeding in different modes
 

1. Siemens system and formula

Our controllers are German Ximenzi big brands, such as spindle motor/water motor controller, etc., even down to a button. The built-in system is also a Siemens brand, the overall logic is good, the control is accurate, and the service life is longer.

The system contains dozens of basic pellet formulations developed by us for more than 10 years according to different seeds and different pellet multiples, which are directly applicable to you, eliminating the experience cost of your own trial and error.

Moreover, the system has its own memory function, such as granulating carrots, then various parameters are not lost next time, directly granulating, eliminating tedious manual operation
 

2. How to ensure the accuracy of seed pellets?

Our host integrated precision metering powder system, as well as the medical grade peristaltic pump water, the working principle is ultra-high speed uniform centrifugal force principle, the coordination between the three, so that our pellets out of the seed success rate is higher, more accurate

Note: The amount of powder can be controlled within 500g plus or minus 5g, and the peristaltic pump with water can be controlled in the milliliter level

3. The seed is a living body, too high or too low temperature will affect the activity of the seed, so the whole pipeline is operated at a low temperature, keeping between 20-25 degrees, in order to ensure the activity and safety of the seed
