The distance between the wall of the pellet cylinder and the centrifugal disk is 0.1-0.15mm. It is not easy to leak powder and the chuck.
Powder dispensing system&double-layer atomization disc: integrated with precise metering powder dispensing system, precise powder dispensing. The amount of powder added determines the multiple and particle size of the seeds, and the powder amount error is controlled within ± 5g per 500g during the seed filling process.

Working principle: The high-speed and uniform centrifugal force working principle ensures that the bare seed is not damaged. The seed is a living organism that generates heat during machine operation. In order to prevent the seed from losing its activity, a turbine air cooling system is used during the granulation process to effectively and strictly control the temperature constant, ensuring that the germination rate and activity of the seed are not affected.
